Grease, Grit, and a Good Story

If you’ve ever looked at a project car in your driveway and felt a mix of excitement and "What have I gotten myself into?", you’re in the right place.

My name is Lin. I spent my early years in a small, crowded shop that smelled of chassis grease, Gojo hand cleaner, and cigarette smoke. That was Buck’s Garage.

Buck was my grandfather and one of the most influential men I’ve ever known. In that shop, I learned much more than just mechanics; I learned how to live a life. He taught me the value of a man's word, the importance of patience, and the grit required to see a hard job through to the end.

While Buck was a master mechanic, I chose Auto Body repair as my own place in the car world. I took the work ethic and life lessons I learned at his workbench and turned them into a professional career in the auto body industry spanning nearly 50 years.
